Where’s Waldo Source: Start with some red and white striped shirts then continue adding “Where’s Waldo” character with accessories.

Inside Out Source: I love that this set of Inside Out family costumes because it’s all standard, colorful clothing that you could find second hand.  The only part you might need to buy new are the wigs.  And you could also opt for temporary dye.

Peanuts Family Source There is so much nostalgia tied up in the Peanuts gang. Live out your own enactment of the “Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown” by finding similar items at your local DI and adding identifying details to create Sally, Linus, Peppermint Patty, Lucy, Charlie himself, and of course Snoopy.

Circus Clowns Source: Who says clowns have to be scary?  Military styled coats, gingham details, and brightly colored hues offer a chic european take.

Taco Family Source: This inspiration requires no real specifics, just seek out things with a Mexican inspiration.  Then DIY your own little tacos with some foam and tissue paper.

Did I mention I’m heading back to school?  You should join me.  I’ll give you 5 Reasons to Register for Wardrobe Strategies at MCC taught by yours truly:

  1. Upon completion, you can wage battle against Crocs, UGG Boots, Bedazzled Denim, or whatever else your fashion aesthetic demands.
  2. TEC 245 counts toward an Image Consulting certificate. Said certificate would look very smart framed in a gilded gold frame in your personal styling office.
  3. A Monday evening dedicated to dressing up makes a lovely elective, perfectly accenting classes like biochemistry.
