Leather boots are stubborn and rugged, to avoid loosing your flexibility and femininity, pair it with something soft and fickle. Otherwise your outfit could engage in an unyielding fashion argument.
When selecting a hem to pair with your meticulously crafted boots, you actually have a whole leg to explore. Short is proportionally appropriate since the boot has eaten up an abnormal amount of your lower leg. And you can continue to descend down the leg, but remember if the skirt gets longer, the fabric needs to get floatier. Otherwise you could turn into a visual black hole.
