My top maternity fashion tips:
- Borrow, borrow, borrow, then share, share, share
- When adapting non-maternity clothing, buy a size larger for width, and possibly a second size larger for length
- Invest in flexible clothes your second trimester, then accessories your third trimester
Things I’m looking forward to post-partum:
- Having a lap
- Snipping a significant length of my hair (Ginnifer Goodwin pixie?)
- Gentle baby lamb cries
What post-partum metamorphosis do you long for as you near 40 weeks of gestation?
Feed me fashionably fresh

LOVE that Anthro striped dress! I seriously do have a love/hate relationship with pregnancy, but love my non-maternity clothes for post baby style with room! My favorite post baby event is laying on my stomach to sleep! Love it! And being able to tie or do up my shoes without crazy twisting. Either one! Congrats on the baby coming soon! You guys make cuties!

I hear the wee one is here – congratulations! I hope you’re enjoying all of those sweet lamby cries.
I looked forward to my ankles and feet, definitely. All of my shoes and heels that no longer fit. Your ankles were so lovely, right up until the end, based on these pictures, you lucky thing! With an end of summer baby, I carried a ton of water.
I also looked forward to my shirts. I may still not be out of some of my maternity pants, but I’m all into my normal shirts and sweaters. Ahh.

I just stumbled upon your blog through pinterest, and man am I glad I did. LOVE IT! Also, ADORE the green dress and necklace. I can agree with all your tips, I mostly bought non maternity clothes in a size or two bigger. I also wore a lot of more fitted stretchy items, to show of my bump and not seem overwhelmed with fabric. But, I also cut a pixie only a week before finding out I was pregnant, and MAN DID I REGRET THAT! My second time around, I plan on having very beautiful, face slimming, long hair. That is definitely a great POST partom goal though. It will look super fab on you.
New follower for sure. If you get the chance I would love you to check out my blog too!
