ps-I decided to prioritize modesty with the initiation of potty training. For now, diapers and one pieces do not play well together. Any advice on this issue is as always appreciated
And don’t forget to raid my closet. Auctions end today!

If your looking for a more modest route, try Lime Ricki. They have the cutest little takinis that still have the ease of a two piece while giving coverage. Here is a link to one I adore! http://bit.ly/ig0XXb
Though, your little one will be adorable no matter what she wears!

I would love some advice on how to wear a swimsuit without showing too much cleavage. I’m a lucky size E right now, I don’t think no cleavage is even a possibility.
Elisa says
Agreed Andrea J. I would love some help finding a swimsuit that can support the DDs. Shelf bras and tiny straps don’t work for a bra, they certainly aren’t going to work for swimwear.
BTW Reachel you would be so proud. I have dressed to 7’s at least 4 out of the past five days. And my comfort has not been sacrificed. ๐

I have done one pieces since day one for my little ones… even through potty training. It was a nightmare, so a two-piece is definitely the way to go! Even as they get older they will have to go potty at the worst times so this year I decided that i was not going to buy a one-piece. I wish I would have thought of it earlier! I think the bikini on an itty bitty is the cutest thing but if you are worried about it they have a lot of very cute tankini’s out there!

I mean…you know exactly what I am going to say right now. The fact that you put her precisely in front of your rims is ridiculous!!!
I want every ounce of her—-Only Coco can pull off a bikini!!!
Angie says
I agree that a 1-piece wet swimming suit is a nightmare, even for a few years past potty training! But there are so many cute tankini options out there, even for little girls, that I don’t see any reason to sacrifice modesty. I have older daughters as well as a toddler and I want the older ones to see the consistency in standards across the board. At what age do you draw the line? When they start developing cleavage? Even young girls are not unaware of the “sexy” factor of bikinis.
Jennie says
I’m not gonna lie, that little girl is ADORABLE and so is the print on her swimsuit, but I think that bikinis on toddlers are just awkward looking. I don’t think they are considered “sexy” or “immodest”, but I just think they’re awkward. Haha. ๐

Oh my, she is so adorable!! I need to meet this queen! You could always go with a cute tankini but I will warn you…when she gets a little older like 3ish 4ish you won’t really like the idea of her in bikinis so live it up!! ๐

Would love advice on maternity suits, particularly NOT one piece…going to the bathroom as often as pregnant women do, struggling out of an entire suit is never fun. Also don’t like halters… they pull on my neck muscles, so a supportive v-neck tank style would be great! Having trouble finding any of these options. Thanks!

And by the way, she is adorable! I’m expecting a girl in September and I cannot wait to expand her wardrobe and squeeze her (hopefully) chubby legs and arms.
Deb says
oooh I want to kiss that Coco’s belly!

My swimwear advice request is for cute swimsuits for people who actually swim! I love to do laps at the local pool but I find most bathing suits lead to a wardrobe malfunction when I am doing the crawl. Thank you thank you!

I told my husband that my tummy looks like I am pregnant and he replied that is because I always am. I have had 8 children in 11 years and need help with the tummy during swimsuit time. Please help.

I agree with Angie..I have two girls and every year I am on the search for a modest swimsuit for them…I figure they will have many years of making their own choice to choose a bikini when they get older but hopefully I will have set a standard for them that they will want to be covered…who knows! ๐
Lands End has some great suits for little ones with long tankinis to cover little bellies not only for modesty but for sun protection.
