When composing your closet environment, assemble your own personal boutique. Your closet should already be cleansed of all wardrobe impurities, so as you reassemble each pure and pretty piece, make sure its visible, accessible, and attractively presented.
This is possible even if your closet isn’t lined in Florentine Rosewood and couldn’t comfortably accommodate an extended family gathering.
My hanger of choice is the soft grip breed. I appreciate its slip-preventing velvet coat, its space-reducing slim frame, and its shape-protecting rounded corners.
If you don’t believe me, watch and learn from the Beverly Hills Organizer.
PS: This same box is available at Costco for $14.99

I had to laugh at this post because it took me back to about 12 years ago when I lived and worked in Salt Lake City. The company I worked for hired the Beverly Hills Organizer to make an ad for one of our organizational products which we ended up filming in Mitt Romney’s kitchen – random. She was very nice and professional and the size of a small child. I remember thinking she must not have children when she talked about not having a messy drawer or messy desk in her house.

Glad to say I am already a fan of the slacks hangers! Pick them up at Ross. Gotta get a set of the others now.

Here is my review: After one attempt to hang a polo shirt with the velvet hangers I bought today at Costco, my husband veto’ed them. I wanted to love them. They are pretty and uniform and grip really well. Unfortunately, that same characteristic of gripping really well also makes them virtually impossible to use on knits,(like polos,) without swearing!! I like them but will admit they are hard to hang with. I thought it was my frustration with switching over 100+ pieces of clothing in our closet. I know I would feel frustrated daily and more would end up on the floor than already does. We have to hang almost everything. Back to costco they go! If i had room for wooden, I would go that route. Maybe after we pare down the closet even more…Back to white tubes it is.
