Only Eva’s version of that song does your Coco’s entrance to the family justice.
    Love you all.
Is it too early to say,
“Momo and Coco sittin in a tree…”
    ?

What a sweet little girl. Congratulations!! I’m so happy for your family. Your video touched close to home as my wonderful bil & sil just finished the process to be considered for adoption. What a wonderful gift adoption is.

I bawled like a baby during that video. My sister adopted, and all of us in our family have had infertility issues, so I know how joyous it is to bring home a new baby! Congrats!

After watching your video and realizing you have been waiting so long for this one precious child I find my attitude changing from resentment to gratitude. Thank you for sharing and good luck!

Reachel, thank you for sharing this beauty. I was touched…and then moved to tears when I saw that your drive was to Redlands, which is where my husband was raised, along with his two older brothers who came into my inlaws’ lives and family through adoption. Bless you.

Isn’t it interesting how so many can feel so profoundly happy for two people they have never met? The blessing of becoming a parent is so universally understood. Tears of unadulterated joy are being shed for you all over the place!

Your video was beautiful, your baby is beautiful, you are a beautiful family.

Oh, and by the way… having such a tiny baby is so, so wonderful! You get to hang on to the baby phase a little longer.

I am constantly overwhelmed by the miracle of adoption. It brings me to tears over and over again to see/hear people’s stories and catch a glimpse of the joy!

    Such wonderful news!

  16. says

It brings tears to my eyes to see that such a precious, helpless, little baby now has capable, loving parents who are so happy to have her! My own babies have brought me so much joy and I’m excited you get to experience it now, too. I was watching your video with my oldest sitting on my lap, remembering him when he was that small, then I caught the strong whiff of a dirty diaper. :) May you have many such “mother-full” moments!

  17. says

Oh! I just cried and cried with joy for you both! Congratulations, Mama Reachel and Papa Andrew! Coco is so blessed to have you for parents. I am over the moon for you!

What an incredible blessing she is and you are to her. Little Coco is loved for certain.

    Much happiness to you all!

After hearing about the arrival of Coco Noelle I re-read the letter you wrote to your future child’s birth mother, and I was so touched by your journey and your genuine, unselfish desire for a baby. I’m so happy for your new arrival, and hope you keep everyone updated on her milestones (and fashions) as the months and years go by.

  27. says

I just love your blog. My baby boy will be a year in December. We were able to have the privilege to go through the adoption process with him. I just think it is the most beautiful and spiritual experience. Oh I’m so jealous you have a sweet new born in your life. Its amazing how they can pause your life, just for a little awhile at least.

  28. says

We have also adopted, and it is a fast happy & terrifying frenzy there at the end. Congratulations on your newly expanded family – your daughter is absolutely beautiful. Thank you for sharing with us!
