Hi–I just purchased the color analysis, which says it’s completely virtual. Why does it take 1 week to get this done?
Hi Andi, excellent question. While the service is virtual, I still analyze each person’s answers and headshots individually. I compare their headshot to probable color categories and respond with the most likely color category based on their questions and pictures. At this time, I have no employees or assistance, and I respond to each order personally.
